My Friend!

Happy Friday!
Well, my kids survived the first two days of school.
And I got some crafting done while they were away...yeah!

I made this for the CPS231 sketch.
My Favorite Things is the sponsor this month. Yeah!

I inked up a new PI, Sunflower Girl. She is too adorable. Love her!
I colored her with copics and paper pieced the bottom of her dress.
I used a stamp from the Own Your Story die-namic and stamp set on Stella Rose DP from MME.
I stamped it using vintage photo distress ink that had been stamped off. I added a photo corner and a button.

For the left panel I used the open scallop edge die-namic and added a folded paper edge that I zigzag stitched in place.  The sentiment was borrowed from the 4 leaf clover PI. And the little heart is from the notched tag die-namic and stamp set. I used a little distress ink on my circle because the vanilla seemed too bright with the DP I used.

This is the inside. I used memento desert sand to stamp her on the inside and added another photo corner. This sketch was lots of fun!
