2011 It's a Banner Year! Challenge

I'm so excited about all the teasers and prizes on MFT. I have had so much fun visiting all the DT blogs and seeing all their fabulous creations. Be sure to check all the exciting things going on this week on Kim's Blog.

This is my card for the It's a Banner Year! Challenge. I made my card using the oh so cute a'la modes "Take Time".  She is just darling!
I stamped her on SU very vanilla with Memento Tuxedo Black  and colored her with copics. Her trousers are cut out of Melon Mambo and I added diamond stickles to her shirt for some bling.  The clock was cut out of scrap Websters pages Life Portrait and crystal laquer for the clock face.

I have ordered the die-namic banner strip die with my Christmas gift card from my hubby but it hasn't come in yet...*sniff, sniff* So I made my own....

The DP I used was Lush Black Floral by My Mind's Eye and Life Portrait by Websters Pages. Love it!  I wanted music notes so I used my SU music note wheel on very vanilla. The ribbon is 1/2" very vanilla seam binding.

This is the inside... I stamped her again but didn't color her in. I love how this looks. I used the die-namic jumbo scallop die and added some twinkle. The sentiment was done on my computer.

Thanks for stopping by!
